Today would have been John Lennon’s 75th birthday if his life had not been ended by an asshole with a gun. Yet, 35 years after he was shot dead on a NYC street, our nation is mourning 9 victims of a mass shooting in Oregon last week, and another who was shot dead on the Northern Arizona University campus early this morning. Sometimes a pictures is worth millions of words….
Today on the show, we continued to examine the insanity in the House Republican caucus following Kevin McCarthy’s last minute dash to the exit yesterday, marveling at the soap opera-esque quality of the dysfunction over there.
