Tomorrow is Media Bias Sunday! Or as I like to call it, Librul Media My Ass Sunday. Previously I kept a running tally of all things unfair, unbalanced via the infamous TPC Media Bias Sunday Talk scoreboard. Now the series is a regular feature at Radio Or Not.
And guess what? Grampy McBombBomb is back! But this week he’s not accompanied by his favorite sidekick, Li’l Lindsey “Where’s My Fainting Couch?” Graham, in the custom McCain Orthopedic Side Car. Li’l L must be too busy pretending to run for president, cheating on Grampy with Bibi, and praying to his god for an all out war with Iran.
Time to take a sneak preview of what’s coming up on the Big Media Bias Sunday Talker Line-Up, per ABC and the Los Angeles Times… okay? Okay.
This is not a complete list and is subject to change at the whim of the Corporate Media. I try not to include panels, because they usually include mostly Republicans, and if there are “Democrats,” they’re about as “liberal” as, well, Harold Ford.
And as you may have noticed, Fox is not included, because, well come on, what’s the point?
ABC’s “This Week” — Rep. Michael McCaul (R); Mitt Romney (R).
NBC’s “Meet the Press” — Gov. Jerry Brown (D).
CBS’ “Face the Nation” — Kevin McCarthy (R); Sen. Bob Corker (R); Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D).
CNN’s “State of the Union” — Sen. John McCain (R); former Rep. Barney Frank (D).
It’s time to do the math:
Red Rs + Red Rs, carry the pi, divided by D, times Bias, minus even-handedness… calculating…
Total: 5 Rs, 3 Ds. Please feel free to check the addition and political affiliations.
There it is: Your librul media at work.
John McCain? He must have been sent to bang the war drum.
They all want a cut of the Fox audience. Sigh.
Which is exactly why they lose viewers.
Good point. You’d think they’d get a clue. I use to never miss the Sunday shows. Especially MTP. Now they’re un-watchable. Canned “analysis” you’ve heard all week. Guests allowed to big-foot the host with stale talking points and with little-to-no follow-up questions from the host. Same people rotate through the shows year-after-year. Absolutely no hard-hitting editorialization. Almost total RW slant on all the shows. And when you see “ABC This Week” hire Laura Ingraham as a paid pundit …. it’s game over.
RS, that was so well said, such a great summary of what Sunday talkers have become. Thank you!
