Gordon Sondland, the US Ambassador to the UK, is the sole witness in the morning session, and his testimony appears to be the most devastating to Trump so far. The afternoon session, with Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Laura Cooper and Under-Secretary of State David Hall will likely begin right around the time we go live (3pm ET). Col Alexander Vindman, a National Security Council staffer who was on the 7/25/19 phone call, and Jennifer Williams, a State Dept official detailed to the Vice President's office who was also on that 7/25 call.
