In the second day of the televised public hearings convened by the House Select Committee investigating the events surrounding the January 6 attack on the Capitol, the evidence presented showed that Donald Trump was told by virtually everyone around him that he had lost the election, and that there was no way to find enough votes to change the results. Yet, he kept pushing information he knew to be blatantly untrue, and continued raising obscene amounts of money from his supporters to fight the falsely proclaimed ‘stolen’ election. It’s mind boggling!
