It’s a very busy Thursday…er… Friday eve. As usual, Howie Klein of Down with Tyranny and the Blue America PAC will be here and we will delve into what happened today as President Biden went to Capitol Hill to beg the Democrats to pass the BIF… it’s all so complicated, but we’ll attempt to explain it.
We’ll begin, though, with James North, who’s been writing at The Nation about the saga of the human rights attorney Steven Dozinger who reported to prison yesterday because of charges brought against him by Chevron, who he successfully sued on behalf of the indigenous people of Ecuador.
I seriously couldn’t make this shit up if I tried.
