As Trevor Noah said last night regarding Donald Trump’s assertion that George W. Bush was president when the World Trade Center was attacked, he’s not wrong!
And even Tweety weighed in on who was to blame (and he’s not afraid to say it…. all these years later….)
And it only took Donald Trump to get a “Democrat” to say that. Oy.
Big congratulations to our friends to the north, as Canada went for the Liberal party last night!
Today on the show, I was honored to speak with Paul H. Ehrlich, one of the authors of The Annihilation of Nature: Human Extinction of Birds and Mammals. It’s a heartbreaking book, filled with gorgeous photos of animals that we’ve either wiped out already or brought close to extinction. This turned out to be one of my favorite interviews in a long time, so I hope you’ll click the player at the top of this post and listen to his warnings.
In hour two, it was another gathering of the Gliberal Goddesses™ — Amy Simon of She’s History, @GottaLaff and myself get together every couple of weeks to weigh in on issues of great importance, ranging from politics to sex, and everything in between.
I must go run and try to get the new replacement computer up and running. Fingers crossed that we’re here and flawless tomorrow, radio or not!
